Return Policy
We strive to make sure our sizing is accurate. Our size chart and measuring information will ensure you can order the right size with confidence! If you have any questions we will be happy to help you choose a style, size, or colour. Please email us and we will do our best to respond within 48 hours of receipt.
Internet Return Policy
Our goal is that you are completely happy with your purchase. Other than for Products for which you have pre-approved the proof (and which are not otherwise returnable unless We have made an error in fulfillment), if you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, We will accept your return within 30 days from the date of delivery for a complete refund of the original purchase price, less our shipping and handling charges.
We cannot accept returns for items that are worn, used, or items that have been washed, damaged, or otherwise altered. We are not responsible for any item that We do not receive or that is not returned for refund in accordance with the terms of our return policy.
Only returns of the Company’s merchandise purchased directly online from the Company’s web site will be accepted.
To help Us better serve you, please follow the steps below, and be sure to read everything to the end of this policy so as to enable Us to refund as much of the original price you paid as possible.
- Contact our customer service department by email at 6oh4clothing@gmail.com so we can issue a return authorization number for your return.
- When assigning a return authorization number, we will also advise you which return address should be used (the address is below).*
- The return must be received by Us within 30 days of delivery to you.
- Return items to us in unused condition. Enclose the packing slip and indicate the reason for the return.

Please note, you must use the prepaid shipping label our carrier will email to you as part of the return authorization number. We highly recommend you retain your receipt after dropping your package off to ensure that it can be tracked. We cannot be not responsible for any returns not received.
After We receive your returned product, we will process your credit against the same credit card (or other digital payment method) used for the purchase. Please allow 14 days after our receipt for processing your credit. We will send you an email to the address you provided to Us confirming the credit once we have completed our processing. Please note, We will only refund your shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
*Please be certain to return the item to the address in Canada which we specify.
